Subject: May Hardware and Peripherals Inventory Report

Dear colleagues,

I want to share with all of you the hardware and peripheral inventory report for the month of May:

As for RAM chips, we currently only have nine units. It will be necessary to place a new order next month to replenish our stock.

On the other hand, we have a surplus of 27 sound cards, so we do not need to place any more orders at this time.

Regarding TPS hard drives, we have three obsolete units. Therefore, we will order ten units of the new model to update our infrastructure.

The acquisition of 15 CPUs is extremely urgent, since we do not have any in stock.

As for the heatsinks and fans, we need ten units in total. It is worth mentioning that two of them are damaged, but for the moment they are sufficient for our needs.

I would appreciate it if everyone takes note of this report and is aware of the hardware and peripheral needs mentioned.
